Walk, Walk, Walk
Then Walk, Trot, Walk
and then Trot, Jog, Trot
and then Jog, Run, Jog
until we Run, Run, Run….
The CrazyGirls Run — have accomplished a half marathon in their past and the goal is to run one again!
Don’t think we won’t be adding some weight training in there too but right now the journey needs to start!
