We like to ham around!


She has called me monkey forever and I am the baby sister.  I have a lot to say and I tend to put others first.   That is about to change.  My goal is to become healthy, active and learn to love myself and not feel bad about it.    My goal is to eat a lot of protein.  Eliminate white sugars and carbs.  Stop living off coke! Exercise daily (cardio and resistance training)!  I am giving myself ONE YEAR!  In one year I want to lose at least half of myself and I want to learn to love myself.


Monkey named me that… not sure why.  What do I want??????

I want to get healthy.
I want to run a 10 min mile consistently.
I want to lose 25 pounds.
I want to take control of my eating.
I want to make healthy eating a habit.
I want to get my Blood Sugar under strict control.
I have lots of wants but they are also needs because I desire to live a long and healthy life.   I want to be old and not grey (I believe a hairstylist is your best friend) sitting on my veranda sipping ice tea and planning my next adventure!
Our life is but an infinitesimal speck in the cosmos of existence… I plan on making mine as fantastic and fabulous as possible.
Yes that is my all good and well planned thoughts but the reality is this…  I like my bed.  I love too many carbs.  I don’t do well with deprivation.  I have no self control when it comes to yummy foods. No matter how hard I train my quads just won’t get stronger hence I can’t seem to run faster!
